The Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association (TWAEA) was established in 2003 as a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of evaluation mechanism that meets policy requirements abd practical needs. On the basis of an unbiased position with objective and fair perspectives, TWAEA has built up a solid reputation in the implementation of evaluation system and has been widely recognized as a professional evaluation agency.
