JUAA VISITED TWAEA TO DISCUSS FUTURE PLANS FOR IJAS PROJECT
The Japan University Accreditation Association (JUAA) visited TWAEA to discuss the future direction of the iJAS project. Key topics included the feasibility of expanding accreditation coverage, financial transparency in accreditation fees, clarification of the Secretariat’s responsibilities, formalization of observer participation procedures, revisions to promotional materials, and the timing of adjustments to accreditation standards. Additionally, the discussion explored strategies to attract more international quality assurance agencies, expand regional cooperation in Asia, and enhance the international diversity of accreditation reviewers.
