To strengthen administrative effectiveness, the Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association (TWAEA) conducted a workshop under the Ministry of Education’s visitation program for designated non-Olympic and non–Asian Games sports organizations.
To support these organizations in improving their administrative operations and organizational governance, TWAEA will hold the “2025 Workshop for the 2024 Visitation Program for Designated Non-Olympic and Non–Asian Games Sports Organizations” on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The workshop aims to enhance governance capacity, improve organizational management, and align institutional practices with national sports policy and relevant regulations, thereby promoting sustainable development and advancing the nation’s sports environment.
The workshop, themed “Enhancing Administrative Efficiency and Legalized Management in Sports Organizations,” will be delivered in morning and afternoon sessions. Topics will include volunteer management, organizational governance, the registration and documentation system for sports teams, and the legal compliance of financial management.
In the morning session, Professor Mou Chung-Fu will speak on “Practical Approaches to Recruiting and Managing Diverse Volunteer Teams,” followed by insights from Yang Tsung-Wen on “Implementing Organizational Charters and Strengthening Transparency in Decision-Making.”
The afternoon session will feature Professor Li Tzai-Li discussing “The Registration System for Sports Teams and the Development of Databases for Referees, Coaches, and Athletes,” and Director Yang Shu-Lan presenting “An Introduction to Legal Compliance in Financial Management for Sports Organizations.”
Through this workshop, TWAEA aims to help designated sports organizations conduct self-assessment, strengthen governance structures, enhance administrative efficiency, and address recommendations from prior visitations. These efforts seek to support the continued professionalization and sustainable development of sports organizations in Taiwan.
